Bkash Account Pin Code Recover In 2 Minutes

BRAC Bank’s mobile banking is called bKash. If you forget bKash’s PIN number, you can recover it in 2 ways.

1. Via USSD code dial (via mobile menu)
2. By calling customer service

• Dial * 247 # to get the menu option
• Select 9 and select the “Reset PIN” option
• If you go to the reset option, “Enter your biggest registered NID / Passport / Driving license no” will be displayed.
• Clicking on the correct “NID / PASSPORT / DRIVING License No” will take you to the next option.
• In this option the date of birth of the applicant has to be given. If you do it, it will take you to the next option.
• OK with the amount of the last 90 days of the transaction
• The last 90 days need to determine the type of transaction.
• If no transaction has been made in the last 90 days, the “No transaction” option should be selected.
• After doing OK, a temporary code or OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your phone from bKash.
• To set up the PIN, dial * 247 # again and there will be an option called “Active My Bkash Account“. Dial 1 to get the next option “Enter Your Temporary pin”

 

You have to enter the temporary code in your message in this option.

 

The “Confirm New PIN” option is actually OK with a new 5 digit PIN number twice in a row.

 

 

Recover Bkash Lost PINs Via Phone In Customer Service

 

 

First you need to lock your account with wrong PIN number three times. However, if the account is locked, the PIN cannot be recovered through USSD.

 

• Call 16247.
• For Bengali, you have to press 1 on the keyboard. Press 2 for English.
• You will then be notified of the customer service.
• You have to press 0 to talk about customer service.

Customer service may be a little late to receive your phone. When you receive a call, the customer service will have to talk about your problem. In case of PIN recovery, you have to say “Your account has been locked for giving wrong PIN number three times in a row. You want to restart it”

• Customer Service will ask you to open an account with your NID. The correct NID number will be.
• Then you will be asked to know the name of the customer. Properly state the name of the customer.
• Account balance will be asked. The balance of the account must be stated.
• If all the information is given correctly, it will be verified and a temporary PIN / OTP from bKash will be sent to your mobile.
• To set up the PIN, dial * 247 # again and there will be an option called “Active My Bkash Account”. Dial 1 to get the next option “Enter Your Temporary pin”
• You have to enter the temporary code in your message in this option.
