Class XI Scholarship Application Form 2023 pdf download (Scholarship Form 2023). Bangladesh Education Assistance Trust established by the Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina has released the notification regarding stipend 2023. Students of class VI studying in the year 2023 and class XI of the academic year 2022-23 can apply for the scholarship. Students will get tuition fees and other financial benefits from the scholarship. 11th Class Scholarship Application Deadline

Interested candidates have to apply online for the said ellipse assistance. The application process will start from 27 February 2023. The process will end on March 19, 2023 at 12 PM. Students have to apply online to get facility and assistance in school admission. All the mentioned information has been informed in the press release of Pradhan Mantri Education Assistance Trust. The circular has been published by Bangladesh Ministry of Education. The notification also said that the upazila secondary education officials will take necessary measures in this regard.

Documents Required to Apply for Prime Minister Education Assistance Trust Scholarship

1. Photograph of applicant,

2. Applicant signature,

3. Applicant’s birth registration certificate,

4. Required national identity card of guardian,

6. Attestation or recommendation letter from parent or guardian’s working institution. (Applicable to children of Class III and IV employees only)

Deadlines for receiving admission assistance at a glance

1. After applying, the selected candidates will receive the money after four to six months.

2. All the students who will be selected for admission assistance will be notified through SMS.

Scholarship Application Pre-Instructions

How much will be paid from the stipend

Pradhan Mantri Shiksha Sarkar Trust is mainly for poor, disadvantaged and meritorious students. The main objective of Pradhan Mantri Education Assistance Trust is to provide assistance to poor and meritorious students to ensure admission in schools. As much money as is currently available from the stipend,

1. Five thousand taka at secondary level.

2. Eight thousand taka at the higher secondary level.

3. Ten thousand taka for graduation and honors level.

Data Entry Rules 2023

The rules to be followed for data entry are,

1. Same account number or mobile number cannot be used against multiple students.

2. The birth certificate number of the applicant student must have 17 digits.

3. Parent’s National Identity Card must have 10 or 17 digits.

4. In case of 13 digit NID, year of birth should be entered first. Then convert it to 17 digits.

5. The applicant student can use any valid or active online bank or mobile banking account to withdraw the stipend money.

6. Parents must be the student’s guardian.

7. Any other person can be selected as guardian only in absence of parents.

8. At the time of data entry the account should be opened using the national identity card of the person selected as guardian. Then enter the name of the person who has been made guardian as the name of guardian and account holder.

9. In case of agent banking or school banking, the name of the person in whose name the account is created must be entered as the account holder name.

Information about scholarship students salary fee

1. Tuition fee or salary of stipend students studying in government and private educational institutions will be completely free.

2. Among the students studying in private educational institutions, those who will be stipend will be given tuition fee or salary as per the scheme document.

3. No tuition fee or salary shall be collected from the scholarship students.

Rules for selection of scholarship students

How scholarship students will be selected,

1. A student must first apply as per the rules to get the scholarship.

2. The information of the applying students will be verified through a special software.

3. Only students studying in class VI and XI can apply for the scholarship.

4. If any of the applicant students are already in receipt of stipend or their parent is in receipt of education allowance, they will not be considered eligible.

5. Merit or general scholarship students will not get stipend from education board.

6. After entering the information, the information from the institution should be sent online to the upazila or thana secondary education officers.

7. Scholarship beneficiary students from all over Bangladesh will be selected centrally through H.S.P Unit with technical support of M.I.S Cell of Prime Minister’s Education Assistance Trust Office.
