HSC/Equivalent Examination Revised Routine 2023 (New)
The new/revised routine of HSC/Equivalent examination 2023 has been released by the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary on 12/10/2023. This time HSC/Equivalent examination 2023 is going to be held simultaneously in Bangladesh on 6/11/2023. HSC/Equivalent Examination 2023 will end on 13/12/2023. After the exam, the practical exam will start from 15/12/2023.

As per HSC/Equivalent Exam 2023 Revised Schedule all the exams have been kept as before but Culture First Paper 6/12/2023 and Second Paper 8/12/2023 have been fixed. Besides, the timings of the morning and afternoon examinations of the students on the same day have been changed.

Regarding the change in exam date, Dhaka Education Board Examination Controller Prof. Abul Bashar told the media, “The exam time of cultural subject has been changed”. He also said, “Although there are few students in this regard, in the previous routine, two exams were given in the morning and afternoon on the same day”. Additional pressure will be created on the students to take the exam simultaneously in the morning and afternoon. Keeping this in mind, the exam timings for cultural subjects have been changed. All the HSC/Equivalent Exams 2023 will be of two hours duration. Multiple choice or MCQ will be 20 minutes and creative or written test will be take 1 hour 40 minutes.

HSC/Equivalent Examination 2023 Manpower and Guidelines
1. All exams will be held for two hours.
2. 20 minutes for multiple choice or MCQ questions and 1 hour 40 minutes for creative or written test.
3. There will be no break between exams.
4. Multiple choice questions will be conducted first followed by creative or essay questions.
5. The duration of the written examination for each subject is 1 hour 30 minutes.
6. Candidates must enter their respective centers 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
7. There will be no break between MCQ and creative test.
