COU Admission Circular 2020-2021
Through the website www.cou.ac.bd , Comilla University authorities have published the admission circular for the admission of students in the first year of graduation. Interested students can apply for admission in Comilla University online. COU Admission Circular 2021 states that the application process for students will start on 20th November 2021. And the application process will continue till November 30, 2021.

Comilla University Admission Circular for 2020-2021 academic year
All details about Comilla University Admission Circular for 2020-2021 academic year published here. Students will be admitted in three units in Comilla University in the 2020-2021 academic year. Students of three different faculties A, B and C will be admitted. Unit A here is the Faculty of Science and Engineering. Unit B is Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Law. And C unit is the Faculty of Business Studies.
Only science students can apply in A unit. Students of all departments of B and C units can apply. Candidates will be admitted in B and C units according to the number of seats in each department.

Only students in Unit A or the Science Department of the Faculty of Science and Engineering can apply. Students will be able to get admission in the following subjects according to their qualifications. The total number of seats in A unit is 350.

Eligibility for subject-based student admission
Comilla University requires certain qualifications of the student for admission in each subject. They are discussed in detail.
- Unit A must have Mathematics at HSC level for admission in Mathematics, CSE, ICT, Physics and Statistics.
- Students enrolled in Chemistry must have a GPA of 2.50 in Mathematics at the higher secondary level.
- Students enrolled in economics must have a degree in economics, mathematics or statistics at the higher secondary level.
- Students enrolled in pharmacy must have a 3.00 GPA in Chemistry and Biology and a 2.50 GPA in Mathematics at the higher secondary level.
- Candidates seeking admission in English and Law must get a minimum of 40% marks in English in the GST exam.
- Candidates must have mathematics at the higher secondary level for admission in the Faculty of Business Studies from the Department of Science.

Comilla University Admission Process 2020-2021
Students can only apply for admission in Comilla University via SMS from Teletalk prepaid mobile. The application can be made through two SMS and the application fee can be paid by keeping the prescribed amount of money for the application in that mobile number. Once the application is completed, the User ID and Password provided by the university authorities should be carefully saved. Once the application is completed, it can no longer be rejected. Students will be able to send SMS using Teletalk Prepaid SIM in the following manner.

First SMS:

If the SMS is sent according to the correct information, consent will be sought through return SMS stating the name of the applicant, desired unit, admission fee and a PIN number. In order to give consent, you have to send a second SMS in the manner mentioned below.
Second SMS:
COU <space> YES <space> PIN <space> Mobile Number And Send To 16222.
In order to give consent, you have to write YES and send SMS again to 16222 giving the PIN number and mobile number of the student.
Student application will be completed only if SMS is sent with consent. The application fee will be deducted from the student’s mobile number after sending the consenting SMS.

Comilla University Admission Admit Card Download 2020-2021
Upon completion of payment of application fee, a user ID and password will be sent to the student’s designated mobile number. The examinee will be able to download the entry form from the website using the user ID and password. Admission tickets can be downloaded from the website using the user ID and password in the following manner.
- First type http://col.teletalk.com.bd from the browser and click on Go option.
- Select the COU Admission option and login to the website with the user ID and password.
- Upload the photo and signature of the candidate at the designated place.
- Uploading photos and signatures will automatically create an entry form.
- Download the entry form in PDF format and save it in color print.
Black and white pictures are not acceptable. One copy of the admission card should be reserved for oneself and one copy should be submitted to the university authorities. Once the photo and signature are uploaded, there is no chance to change it.
