Unit D of Dhaka University is called as Faculty of Social Sciences. All students in the Department of Humanities Business Education and Science can apply for the admission test in this unit. A large number of students from all over the country take exams to qualify for this unit.
Students have to show eligibility to apply for Dhaka University D Unit. The D unit of Dhaka University has been specially considered as a unit for changing departments. In this unit, students get special opportunities to change their departments. Those who want to take the exam in the business education department should get above 3.00 points in SSC and 3.00 points in HSC and should have above 6.50 points in both.
Special Note: Candidates who have passed at least five subjects in A level examination passed in 2016 or later and at least two subjects in the A level examination in 2021. And those who must have obtained a minimum B grade in four subjects and a C grade in three subjects. No D grade is acceptable in that regard.
