2021 fourth year honors exam form filling notifications

The National University has published the notification regarding the filling of application form for 2021 4th year Honors BA/BSS/BBA/BSC course candidates.  As per published notification, 4th year application form filling process will start from 12 February 2023.  And will end on March 13, 2023.  This year the National University is not giving any opportunity to fill the form after the prescribed time through penalty.

For regular and irregular and grade improvement candidates of 2021 BA / BSS / BBA / BSC Honors 4th year final examination studying in National University, all activities related to filling the application form should be done online.  Along with this, students have to fill the form online with the registration number provided by the National University.

Honors 4th Year Form Filling Deadline at a Glance

Below is the detailed schedule for National University form filling:

Form filling time	From 12/02/2023 to 13/02/2023.	Candidates have to fill the online form and submit it to the college within the said period.
Time of Data Assurance	As on 19/03/2023 11:59 PM.	The college authorities have to confirm the student’s data within the said period.
Time to pay	From 12/03/2022 to 22/03/2023.	The amount given in the notice should be deposited by the college through Sonali Seva.
Time to submit other documents	Pay slip, fee statement, student statement and other documents should be submitted to the concerned branch by 23/03/2023.

Eligibility for appearing in Honors Fourth Year Examination

The conditions are:

1. All the students registered in the National University in the academic year 2017-18 who have participated in the 3rd year honors examination and have been promoted can participate in the 2021 honors 4th year examination as regular candidates.

2. Candidates registered in 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 academic year who have got F grade or failed or absent in one or more courses in Honors 4th year examination can participate as irregular candidates in all those courses in 2021 Honors 4th year examination.

3. Candidates of 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 academic year who have been promoted in Honors 3rd year examination can participate in 2021 Honors 4th year examination as irregular candidates.

National University Examination Fee Deposit Procedure

The rules for depositing examination fee are:

1. The examination fee or money of the concerned candidates should be downloaded from the website mentioned in the National University form and submitted to the National University fund through Sonali Seva from any branch of Sonali Bank.

2. The concerned college has to login to the mentioned website and download the Pay Slip.

3. In the Pay Slip, the account number in the relevant sector and the copy of the mentioned total amount should be submitted to any branch of Sonali Bank and receive the receipt.

4. Pay Slip must be collected between 12/02/2023 10:00 AM to 13/03/2023 04:00 PM.  The link will be active till then.

5. Pay slip cannot be downloaded or money can be deposited after the scheduled time.

How to Fill Online Application Form for Honors Fourth Year 2023

For Candidates/Students:

1. The applicant himself or the college authorities can enter the website of the university and fill in the form by entering his registration number and according to the instructions of the website.  After completing the application form filling process, an application form from online should be printed and saved.  The filled form will mention the candidate’s subject code and fee.  The applicant has to submit the printed copy along with the fee to the college’s own department by the said date.

2. Applicant must attach 2 recent passport size photographs with the application form.

Documents required after online form filling:

1. 2 paper copies of online filled form.

2. Two copies of passport size photo.

3. Photocopy of registration card 2 copies.

4. 2 online copies of previous year results.

Special Note: Papers may vary from college to college.  In this case, the examinee has to learn about the subject on his own responsibility.

General instructions issued by the National University

The instructions are:

1. If the candidate is studying in another college with TC, the form should be downloaded as usual with the reg number to fill the form.  After that form should be submitted to the college along with the copy of TC.  The college authorities will enter the details of the candidate through the TC entry button.

2. After filling the form and submitting the application online, if any mistake is observed, the application should be canceled through the concerned college.  After that the application form can be downloaded again.  In this case, only the college authorities can cancel the said application form online.
