Government School Admission Process 2023

We will now mention the information of Government School Admission Process 2023.  All government schools across the country including 44 government secondary schools in Dhaka metropoliton will be divided into three different groups.  A student can choose a total of five schools in any one group.  Students from all over the country will get a list of police station based institutions in case of selection of institutions while applying.  Students will be able to choose only five schools based on what they receive.  If a school teaches in two shifts, the candidate can add any one shift to the preferred list.  If two shifts are added to the list of preferences, then the number of institutions will be taken as two.  Schools or shifts of the same order cannot be selected a second time.

 2023 Academic Year Government School Admission

Institutions participating in the 2023 Academic Year Government School Admission will participate in the digital lottery activities to be held at the central level in the 2023 academic year.  In the case of student admissions, no examination other than the completion of the student selection process through lottery in the presence of the respective Admission Committees can be taken.  No admission test can be held in 2023 Academic Year Government School Admission.  Students have to be selected only through lottery.  The 2 per cent quota for enrollment of teachers in government secondary schools has been abolished.  Information on this topic is provided below.

Candidates wishing to participate in the admission process have to fill up and submit the application form by entering the prescribed website.  If the application form is filled correctly, a user ID will be sent to the mobile number assigned to the candidate.  Using the said user ID, the examinee will pay an application fee of Tk 110 via SMS from Teletalk Prepaid Mobile.

 Government School Admission 2023 Online Apply Process

1. First of all you have to login to the website http://gsa.teletalk.com.bd prescribed by the Board of Secondary and Higher Education and fill and submit the application form with correct information.
2. The application form should provide all the information as per the instructions.  Incomplete applications will be rejected by the authorities.
3. The student must mention the issue of quota in the application form.  Otherwise the quota will not be considered.
4. The student have to scanned and uploaded in JPEG format color photo at the place specified in the online application form.
5. Once the application form is filled and submitted correctly, the Applicant’s Copy along with the student’s user ID and photo should be saved for the next requirement.
6. The information mentioned in the application form will carry all the subsequent identities of the student so the application form should be very careful in providing the information.
7. A print or download of the application form filled online by the student should be saved for any requirement related to Poet Admission.

2023 Academic Year Government School Admission Application Fee

2023 Academic Year Government School Admission Application Fee can be paid through two SMS from Teletalk prepaid mobile phone.  To pay 2023 Academic Year Government School Admission Application Fee, you need to send SMS as follows.

First SMS: Type GSA <space> User ID and send SMS to 16222.

Second SMS: Type GSA <space> Yes <space> PIN and send SMS to 16222.

After sending the first SMS, the PIN number that will be sent with the student’s name in the return SMS should be used in the second SMS.  Keep in mind that even if the application is submitted, it will not be accepted unless the application fee has been paid.  All further communication will be done to the mobile number given to the candidate in the online application form.  So the number must be kept active at all times.

Government High School Admission Lost PIN Recovery

The user ID and PIN provided by the authority when applying for Government school admission will be required later.  If a student accidentally loses his / her user ID and PIN number, he / she will be able to recover it by sending SMS from Teletalk prepaid mobile phone in the following manner.  Follow the procedure below to recover user ID and PIN number.
