If you want to cash out at  14.90 Taka per Thousand, you must set an agent as your favorite agent. Below you can learn how to select an agent as a Prio or agent and you can do that by dialing your Bkash app or *247#. BKash further said that from now on, the same amount will be charged for cashing out through the app and cashing out through USSD. In other words, if a customer cash-out through either the app or USSD on the favorite agent number, it will cost 14.90 tk per thousand. Again, if a customer cash out from an agent number other than the favorite agent number, the customer will have to spend  14.90 taka to cash out 1000 Taka.

How to Add Bkash Pro Agent Number

• In a calendar month, the customer can choose any one agent as their favorite agent number.
• The customer can cash out from the agent number at the rate of Tk 14.90 per thousand
• The customer can cash out at the rate of 14.90 taka up to 25,000 taka on the preferred agent number. If the limit of 25000 taka is exceeded, a cash-out charge at the rate of 18.50 will be applicable to the customer.
• Favorite Agent Number can be added through USSD or App, Favorite Agent Number can be seen, Favorite Agent Number can be changed once every month.
• The limit of favorite agent number can be seen by dialing *24 7# or through the Bkash app.
• A customer can add a maximum of one agent number.
